To run successful club and travel to as many games as possible. | | A3 | AFFILIATION:
Club shall be affiliated to the AICSC | | A4 | Membership set by working committee who shall have the right to refuse anyone deemed unfit for membership. | | A5 | Committee meetings shall take place fortnightly, (members meetings at committees discretion). | | A6 | AGM held on date set by committee. | | A7 | QUORUM:
Majority of votes shall form quorum at meetings. | | A8 | All monies subscribed by members shall be property of the club. | | A9 | Code of conduct set by the committee applies to all members and non-members when attending club trips. | | A10 | DISSOLUTION:
In case of club being dissolved all relevant monies shall be donated to local charities. |
